Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered if submitted via email to Events@nfca.org

  • 14+ days prior to the event: Full refund minus $25 administration fee.

  • 8-13 days prior to event: one-half refund.

  • 7 days prior to event: No refunds for any reason.

  • Returned Check Policy:

    For all returned checks, original fee for the event must be remitted via money order or cashier's check plus a $30 processing fee.

    Weather Policy:

    In the event of inclement weather that results in cancellation of the event, a full refund minus $25 administrative fee will be provided.
