Each booth space, regardless of size, comes with the following:

Welcome to the 2017 NFCA National Convention Exhibit Show Registration Page.

Thank you for inquiring about our show; we are happy you are here! We have seen record growth over the last few years, with sold out booth spaces the past two, and anticipate the same trend as we head to Las Vegas, Nevada.

We will be at Bally’s in Las Vegas, NV from December 6-9, 2017. The Exhibit show will run from December 7-8.

Applications will be released the first week of September. You can register here by clicking on the Add To Cart button on the left hand side once applications become available. If you have any issues registering, please email events@nfca.org or call our offices at 502-409-4600.

Last year, we introduced loyalty rankings to help with booth placement. We have since updated those rankings to include more categories to help improve your ranking.

Some of those categories include: Official Sponsors, advertising dollars, number of years exhibiting with the NFCA, membership status, Coaches Clinic/Leadoff Classic/Camp vendors and much more!

  • Contact Information

    When filling out your application, please provide the contact information for the individual who will be in attendance at the show. This information will also be used as the contact information for our web, brochure, and Convention app promotions.

  • Silent Auction & Scrap Yard Sports Happy Hour Drawings

    Exhibitors are invited to donate a sample product(s) to the Silent Auction, one of the Exhibit Hall’s highest attended events. The Silent Auction will be held on Friday, December 8th. Smaller items are also encouraged (less than $100 value) and may be used with the Exhibit Hall drawings during the Scrap Yard Sports Happy Hour Event on Thursday, December 7th.

  • Exhibitor Badges

    Beginning in 2017, the NFCA will only provide FOUR badges per company. You may purchase additional badges at $50/each (up to six) through our office. No company may have more than 10 badges on their list. There will be a $75 fee for any lost exhibitor badges.

    PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitor badges allow you access to the Exhibit Show ONLY. If you wish to enjoy any other part of Convention, you will need to purchase an Exhibitor Convention Credential (New this year!) for a discounted price. You may call our office and register.

    Your booth registration will give you one set of party tickets for ONE person in your company. If you wish to purchase additional party tickets, you may do so through our office. Each individual party is $25 or you may purchase all four events for $75.

  • 2017 Rules & Regulations

    Below are a few highlighted areas -- NOT a comprehensive list -- from the updated Rules and Regulations document. You must read the entire Rules and Regulations document prior to submitting your application. You will be responsible for adhering to these rules as an exhibitor of our Convention.

    2.2.1. Late Cancellation: If space is cancelled by the applicant within 45 days prior to the opening of the show, no refund will be made.

    2.3.2 Restrictions on Use of Space: No Exhibitor shall sublet, assign or share any part of the space allocated without the written consent of the NFCA, required no later than two weeks prior to the Exhibition.

    2.3.3 Construction of Exhibits: Exhibits shall be constructed and arranged so that they do not obstruct the general view, nor hide the exhibits of others.

    2.4.1. Security: The protection of the property of exhibitors shall at all times remain in the sole responsibility and custody of each exhibitor.

    2.5. Marketing: Posting of notices and/or distribution of other materials to attendees by exhibitors outside of assigned booth spaces is not allowed in any part of the convention hotels or convention center.

    2.7. Photography, Video & Audio Taping: Exhibitors cannot conduct any live or taped video or audio broadcasts from their booth space or from anywhere else in the convention center without the written consent of the NFCA. Exhibitors cannot photograph or videotape any booth other than their own.

  • Las Vegas Travel


    The NFCA has blocked rooms at Bally’s Las Vegas at $119 per night (plus tax). To make your arrangements, use our customized online reservation link  HERE or call 1-800-358-8777 and ask for rooms in the NFCA block, using group code SBNFC7. The cutoff date for reservations is Nov. 7. The NFCA will NOT call you about making hotel reservations. 

    Beware of Hotel Scams
    The National Fastpitch Coaches Association DOES NOT work with any housing bureaus or companies that contact our members, attendees or exhibitor partners directly. Unfortunately, we have become aware that there are some companies pretending to be the “official” NFCA housing company/bureau, promising to offer special non-refundable rates at NFCA Convention hotels and requesting credit card information. Please know that any contact directly by a housing company/bureau/hotel group should be considered a scam. If you receive contact from a company/bureau/hotel group offering you hotel discounts or options, please notify our office at (502) 409-4600 immediately and provide us with the name and contact information for the individual or group that contacted you, if possible.

    • 0 to 60 minutes: Free
    • 1 to 4 hours: $7.00
    • 4 to 24 hours: $10.00
    • Over 24 hours: $10 for each additional day or fraction thereof
      Valet parking
    • 0 to 4 hours: $13.00
    • 4 to 24 hours: $18.00
    • Over 24 hours: $18 for each additional day or fraction thereof

    AIRPORT McCarran International Airport, located less than five miles south of the Las Vegas Strip, is the eighth-busiest airport in the world. It is about a 10-minute drive from Bally’s. The airport offers direct flights to more than 125 U.S. cities and is served by 28 domestic and international airlines. High-speed WiFi is free in all public areas.

    TRANSPORTATON It is unlikely that you will need to rent a car unless you plan to go sightseeing outside the city. There are numerous shuttles, taxis, limos and a monorail, plus the Lyft or Uber apps, for travel within the city and to and from the airport. Many destinations are also within walking distance.
