2020 EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES


The 2020 NFCA National Convention is going VIRTUAL. Due to ongoing concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the "greatest softball show on Earth" is coming straight to your home or office on December 9-11. Join us as a virtual exhibitor and reach softball coaches all across the country - minus the travel and hotel expenses! More information can be found in the left-side blue panel.

Welcome to the 2020 NFCA National Convention Exhibit Show registration page. With record-breaking attendance two of the last three years, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to get in front of decision makers from all levels of our sport in Dallas, Texas, December 9-12, 2020! The 2020 NFCA Exhibit Show will run December 10th and 11th.

Only 50 booth spaces remain for the 2020 NFCA Exhibit Show. The Exhibit Show has also sold out the last four years. Applications will be released for general registration on Wednesday, September 9th at 10am EST.

IMPORTANT:
We use loyalty rankings to determine your booth placement. Official Sponsors, Official Convention Sponsors and Official Partners of the NFCA have first priority for booth selection. Then, any direct participation with the NFCA (prior to September 1) helps boost your ranking for booth placement: sponsorship opportunities, advertising dollars, event booth space, membership status, and much more. Upon submitting your application, you will be responsible for the following information, including your compliance with our updated Exhibitor Guidelines.

Please read the following before submitting your Exhibitor Application:


  • Application/Contact Information

    Please fill out your application carefully. The company information you provide on your submitted application will be copy/pasted and displayed on our website, brochure and Convention app. Only one company per application may be submitted. Provide the contact information for the individual who will be our main point of contact and in charge of communication and execution leading up to the show.

  • Exhibit Hall Activities

    Exhibitors are invited to donate product to the NFCA’s Digital Silent Auction, housed within the Convention app, and run throughout both days in the Exhibit Hall. You may also donate items of lower retail value to be given away to attendees via raffle tickets during the Scrap Yard Sports Happy Hour on Thursday evening from 5-6:30pm.

    A Home Run Derby with the Pros, presented by HitTrax, will take place within the Exhibit Hall on Friday from 12-1pm. Light refreshments will be served.

    Sports Attack will raffle off a FREE Junior Hack Attack machine - shipped to the winner’s door - to one lucky Convention attendee on Friday at 12:45pm.

    Pending hotel space, a batting cage may be offered by the NFCA for companies who have purchased exhibit hall booths, to rent time slots (for an additional fee) in order to demonstrate its product or service. There will be no cage space available during the 2020 Exhibit Show in Dallas. The NFCA is looking to have rental batting cage space available for the 2021 Exhibit Show in Las Vegas.

  • Exhibitor Credentials

    PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitor credentials allow you access to the Exhibit Show, Thursday/Friday breakfast and the Scrap Yard Sports Happy Hour ONLY. An Exhibitor credential is NOT a Convention attendee credential and does not grant you the same access to Convention as a regular Convention attendee.

    Exhibitor Event-Only Credentials – New this year: The NFCA will comp one (1) event-only credential (with access to each of the after-hours/late-night events) per registered company, per booth space purchased (i.e. if a company purchases 3 booth spaces, they will receive 3 comped event-only credentials). Additional event-only credentials for after-hours/late-night events are available for purchase at $25/each through our office, online or on-site at registration.
