General Registration Information:

Each booth space comes with the following:
  • One (1) skirted 6’ table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • One (1) wastebasket
  • Standard pipe and drape (8’ high back wall, 3’ high side rails)
  • Signage

Price: $1,600
Non-profit price: $1,500 (IRS documentation required)

Each registered company receives:
  • Four (4) comped exhibitor badges (with access to Thursday/Friday breakfast and the Scrap Yard Sports Happy Hour)
  • One (1) comped event-only credential (with access to each of the after-hours/late-night events)
  • A ¼ page B/W ad in the Convention brochure and app
  • Company listing on NFCA website, Convention brochure and app

Welcome to the 2019 NFCA National Convention Exhibit Show registration page. We had another record-breaking year in 2018 with 1,678 attendees; our highest non-Vegas attendance in our 35 year history. 2019 will be the largest Exhibit Show to date with 218 booth spaces available. We’ll be in Atlantic City on December 4-7, 2019. The exhibit show will run December 5-6.

IMPORTANT: We use loyalty rankings to determine your booth placement. Official Sponsors, Official Convention Sponsors and Official Partners of the NFCA will have first priority. Then, any direct participation with the NFCA (prior to September 1) helps boost your ranking for booth placement: sponsorship opportunities, advertising dollars, event booth space, membership status, and much more. Please read the following before submitting your Exhibitor Application:

  • Contact Information

    Please provide the contact information for the individual who will be in attendance at the show. This person will be our show director and show decorator’s point of contact. Your company information will be displayed on our website, brochure and Convention app.

  • Exhibit Hall Activities

    Exhibitors are invited to donate product to the NFCA’s Silent Auction, held on Friday afternoon in the exhibit hall. Items of lower retail value may also be given away to attendees during the Scrap Yard Sports Happy Hour on Thursday evening from 5-6:30pm. Also NEW for this year, a coffee bar will be hosted inside the exhibit hall during breakfast on Friday morning.

  • Exhibitor Badges/Credentials

    The NFCA comps four (4) exhibitor badges per registered company. For each additional booth purchase, the NFCA will provide up to two (2) additional exhibitor badges. You may purchase more exhibitor badges through our office at $50/each. No company may have more than 10 exhibitor badges registered to their company. PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitor badges allow you access to the Exhibit Show, Thursday/Friday breakfast and the Scrap Yard Sports Happy Hour ONLY.

    Exhibitor Event-Only Credentials – The NFCA comps one (1) event-only credential (with access to each of the after-hours/late-night events) per registered company, regardless of the number of booth spaces purchased. Event-only credentials for after-hours/late-night events are available for purchase - at $25/each or $75 for all four parties – through our office or online.

    Exhibitor Convention Credential – If you wish to enjoy any other part of Convention outside of the Exhibit Show, including the opening session, speaker sessions, certain business/caucus meetings, etc. you may purchase an “Exhibitor Convention Credential” for a reduced rate of $200. Please call our office to take advantage of this option. You must be an employee of the registered, exhibiting company in order to take advantage of this discount.
    There will be a $75 fee for any lost badges.

  • Chicago Travel



    The Sheraton Grand Chicago is in the heart of the action, right off Lake Michigan on the Chicago Riverwalk. You are a short walk from the Navy Pier, Millennium Park, and all the popular Michigan Avenue shops. The hotel offers over 1,200 guest rooms, each one boasting a view of either the Chicago River, Lake Michigan or the stunning city skyline. There are four distinctive restaurants in-house, including Shula's Steak House, LB Bistro & Patisserie, Chi Bar, and the Link @ Sheraton Cafe.

    The NFCA has blocked rooms at $144 per night (plus tax). To make your arrangements, use our customized online reservation link or call 800-325-3535 and ask for rooms using group code NFCA. The cutoff date for reservations is Nov. 12.  Check-In - 3 p.m. / Checkout - Noon

    Beware of Hotel Scams
    The National Fastpitch Coaches Association DOES NOT work with any housing bureaus or companies that contact our members, attendees or exhibitor partners directly. Unfortunately, we have become aware that there are some companies pretending to be the “official” NFCA housing company/bureau, promising to offer special non-refundable rates at NFCA Convention hotels and requesting credit card information. Please know that any contact directly by a housing company/bureau/hotel group should be considered a scam. If you receive contact from a company/bureau/hotel group offering you hotel discounts or options, please notify our office at (502) 409-4600 immediately and provide us with the name and contact information for the individual or group that contacted you, if possible.     Valet is $67 per day, and self-parking is $15 per day. Overnight guests are granted in and out privileges.

    Two international airports- O'Hare and Midway - offer nearly 1,450 flights daily in and out of Chicago on 50 different airlines. Midway is located 12 miles from the hotel, while O'Hare is less than 17 miles.
