A full refund, less a $25 administrative fee, will be granted if requested in writing (email or letter) 15 or more days before the camp. Eight-14 days before the camp, a one-half-refund will be granted if requested in writing.
Seven days before the camp, no further refunds will be considered for any reason, including accident, injury, verbal commitments, team changes, tournament cancellations and/or other circumstances which might adversely affect camp participation.
There will be a $40 processing fee for all insufficient fund checks. In addition, checks returned prior to camp day must be redeemed with a money order plus the $40 processing fee.
For most camp locations the NFCA has secured an indoor facility that will provide a space to hold the camp rain or shine. In the event that there is no indoor facility available, and inclement weather prohibits us from running the event, you will be refunded one half of your registration fee. The NFCA camp staff will do everything possible to hold the camp rain or shine!
